Kevin Duffy
Partner, Global Vice President

Kevin is passionate about helping KT clients improve their operations and pragmatic in his approach. “I especially enjoy working with a client who knows they have a problem, but isn’t sure what it is. It’s a great feeling when we work together to analyze the business and to design and implement a way forward.”

Kevin holds a higher national certificate in mechanical and production engineering and a MBA from Bristol University Business School (U.K.). In addition he has attended executive education programs at Duke University (U.S.), Lyon Business School (France) and the Cranfield School of Management (U.K.).





Jeff Robinson
Regional Managing Consultant

Jeff is KT’s regional manager for Western Canada and provides functional leadership to the western Canadian team. His career has allowed him to work with organizations across a wide array of industries and business models. Jeff’s key strength is bringing together analysis and strategic planning with creating sustainable improvement in operations and profitability.

Jeff earned a CGA designation and a MBA degree. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).




Ryan Thornton
Senior Consultant

Ryan Thornton is a Senior Consultant for Kepner-Tregoe (KT). Ryan joined KT in 2005 and has worked in all areas of the organization from skill development in KT's Problem Solving and Decision Making and Project Management, to directing large client projects in the areas of business improvement and redesign. Ryan has extensive experience managing improvement projects across industry sectors including Natural Resources, Finance, Transportation, Life Sciences, and General Manufacturing.

Ryan earned a MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and a BA in organizational communication from Marian University.







Ingrid Dueck
Senior Consultant

Ingrid Dueck facilitates KT Problem Solving & Decision Making and Project Management workshops in North America and develops new client programs in Western Canada. A Six Sigma black belt, she has expertise in process improvement tools, including Lean/Six Sigma, TQM, and Kepner-Tregoe methodologies. She facilitates and coaches client initiatives in critical thinking, innovation, and project management and helps integrate change through performance system engineering.
