Identifying what could go wrong during the course of a project is integral to ensuring the smoothest possible delivery of results. But, Potential Problem Analysis is about more than just identifying what could go wrong. It also entails understanding what could cause the potential problem, preventing that cause from occuring, and preparing contingent actions and triggers if the problem happens despite your best preventive measures.
