As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread and across the globe, we want to take a moment to let you know what Kepner-Tregoe is doing to respond to this public health emergency. First and foremost, Kepner-Tregoe’s number one priority is the safety and well-being of our people, families, clients, vendors and the communities in which we live and work. Here at Kepner-Tregoe, we’ve assembled a COVID-19 global team to monitor the COVID-19 public health emergency and to put measures in place that help ensure both the safety for our people and business continuity for our clients and vendors. We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities. Kepner-Tregoe continues to share guidance with our professionals so they are fully informed on how to protect themselves, their families and their clients against transmission of the virus. We’ve restricted all international travel until further notice. Domestic travel is to take place only with our regional management approval – and if it ensures the health and safety of our professionals. And, we’ve issued guidelines regarding the good hygiene practices recommended by the CDC. Please be assured that while we remain focused on the health and safety of our professionals and those around us, we also are focused on continued service to our clients and vendors. As a client of Kepner-Tregoe, we are certain you are putting your personnel first. We ask that you extend this care to our professionals as well. While we maintain the high standards of client service you are accustomed to receiving, we are taking the following actions:
  • We are checking in with our clients on their COVID-19 policies and any concerns they have regarding ongoing engagements.
  • Wherever possible, we are converting in-person client delivery to virtual delivery – Kepner-Tregoe possesses the technology and capability to provide almost all services virtually.
  • We are flexible on the services we provide. This may mean converting a seminar delivery into coaching opportunities on real life applications while your personnel may be working remotely.
  • If required, we are pausing or postponing currently scheduled work to later dates with no added costs to our clients.
In turn, we are asking that our vendors take all appropriate health precautions relating to COVID-19 and inform us of any suspected health concerns – to the extent it’s not prohibited by law. We are also closely monitoring supplies and have identified alternatives to our base requirements. Kepner-Tregoe’s field professionals have the technological, cultural and operational infrastructure to work virtually. In addition, our back-office professionals have been following the local governmental
guidelines and have transitioned to a virtual work environment as well. Where our offices remain
open for those who feel it is safe to travel, we have placed signs upon entering that request the
practice of social distance as well as offering antibacterial products for their use.
As we navigate this time of uncertainty together, we want to reaffirm Kepner-Tregoe’s core purpose:
enable clients to become leaders in problem solving. We hope that you and your families…

Stay Safe. Stay Positive. Stay Connected.
