Consultant | Kepner-Tregoe

After his University studies in Information Technology and Business Management, Michael Clauß started his career in Siemens AG. In different divisions and affiliates he spent over ten years overseeing project management, solution design, sales support and systems engineering.
Michael joined Kepner-Tregoe (KT) as a consultant working in all areas of skill and operational improvement. As a consultant, Michael´s responsibilities at KT include design, development, and management of large projects primarily in Europe. Additionally, his responsibilities include customer relationship management.

Fluent in German and English, Michael is working with senior executives in manufacturing, information technology, financial service, telecommunication and logistic companies as well as public institutions. His work is not only limited to the senior level but includes middle management and shop-floor employees. Michael is also actively working as a trainer and consultant in all aspects of sales and customer service.

As a former employee of Siemens, he has been familiar with KT processes since 1990 and has worked as a consultant on a number of projects in Germany, the UK, Ireland, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Israel, Finland, and the USA.

Due to his IT, pharmaceutical, financial service and industrial experience, combined with his Six Sigma Green Belt, LEAN apprenticeship and his program leader certificates, he is able to create measurable results for nearly all branches of business.
