For much of the last year, I’ve been deeply involved with a transformational project here at Kepner-Tregoe—updating our landmark solution, the KT Problem Solving and Decision Making process and workshop. We took a hard look at every aspect of the solution with the goal to make it as relevant and impactful to today’s business environment as possible. I’m proud to have been a part of the team that not only revamped the existing elements, but also created new learning and adoption tools—including a mobile app and integration with social media. Now learners will have access to a variety of support tools following their initial training.
