She facilitates Kepner-Tregoe workshops and provides needs assessments, process mapping, and analysis. Cindy is certified in ITIL practices, is a Project Management Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Her recent consulting projects include optimizing Incident Management organizations at various global companies.
