KT Problem Solving and Decision Making for prospective eLearning participants who want to accelerate their application capability early on.  eLearning Plus comprises all the online content of the eLearning mode but with the added benefit of two KT instructor-led group webinar sessions.  These sessions focus on the application of KT processes in real-life scenarios and further refining participants’ understanding of both the processes and their application.  Each webinar session is 2 hours long and includes participants from other organizations. This gives you the chance to learn how other participants are applying and using KT’s processes to improve operational performance as well as share your own experiences.

For participants who are unable to be away from their workplace for 3 continuous days or for whom incurring travel cost is simply not an option - but who require as close to the full, live professional develoment experience as possible.

KT Distance Learning combines the "anytime, anywhere" flexibility of eLearning with instructor contact and guidance, and a rigorous, structured virtual learning approach. A KT Distance Learning workshop takes place over a period of 3 weeks, and incorporates eLearning, self study and instructor-led remote coaching via webinar.  The total eLearning time is approximately 15 hours, with 5 hours of instructor contact time.
