Skill Development Solutions
Skill development solutions from Kepner-Tregoe include on-site training, distance learning as well as eLearning. These three modes of training and workshops are designed for business executives, managers, other employees, telecommuters, home workers, or independent contractors.
Kepner-Tregoe on-site training can be delivered at the time and location of your choice. KT programs are modular and include an extensive selection of case studies that help us tailor sessions to your organization’s needs. Workshops are delivered by certified instructors or we can certify your qualified employees through our "Train-the-Trainer" program—the Leader Development Institute. Some of our programs also include eLearning components.
Distance Learning is designed to deliver the contents of a KT workshop to remote and home workers without the need for travel. Distance Learning covers Kepner-Tregoe processes and reinforces them through self-study, reading, eLearning, facilitated conference calls, one-to-one study periods, and on-job coaching.

KT has developed a comprehensive approach to eLearning By incorporating high-impact courseware and a powerful learning management system (LMS). KT has the capability to configure content, schedule and manage a wide variety of activities related to learning and use of KT processes, distribute content rapidly and widely, and track and report on many key metrics. Additionally, KT courseware can run on KT's LMS, or on a client’s LMS.
