For security purposes, when paying by Credit Card you must provide
your exact Credit Card billing address. Your credit card will not be
accepted if the Address Verification Systems used to protect you against unauthorized use of your
card does not confirm a matching address.

You may pay via check or by credit card (Mastercard, VISA or American Express); however, all payments are due in full before the order is shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping orders will generally ship within 2 to 3 days of the time that we receive your order. For Second Day Air shipments, if your order is placed by 11:00am Eastern Time we will make every attempt to have it ship the same day.
You will receive an e-mail message with a UPS or Federal Express tracking number the same day your order ships.

Kepner-Tregoe collects GST on shipments to the following Canadian Provinces: AB, AI, BC, CZ, MB, NT, ON, PE, PQ, SK, YT. Kepner-Tregoe collects HST on shipments to the following Canadian Provinces: NB, NF, NS.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from the Kepner-Tregoe web-store, for any reason, for a full refund not including shipping. However, we will happily refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part.
We cannot accept returns of opened software items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the cost of the returned item except if the return is a result of our error.
When a return is authorized by us, you will be given a Return
Authorization Number to include with the package. Upon receipt and
approval of the returned item(s), your credit card will be credited for
the amount of the item minus shipping charges and the 20% restocking
fee, and any customs brokerage fees, duties or taxes incurred as a
result of the return.
Occasionally, a package is damaged in transit. We will replace items that arrive in a damaged condition. To receive credit for such a package, you must report it to the carrier that delivered it so that they can inspect the damage and verify it in writing. You will need to send the package in its entirety (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. When returning the item, be sure to use tracking or delivery confirmation to minimize problems due to lost shipments.
