The KT Process Facilitator provides an environment to learn and practice facilitation skills in numerous situations. Through role-play in typical (though, tense) simulations, you learn to lead others. The process also allows you to build cross-functional troubleshooting teams with the expertise to expedite solutions.
Logistical planning helps ensure the right people will be involved in any given situation. Now that you know how to keep the thinking focused on the analysis, a participatory environment emerges that creates solutions.

In this workshop, candidates learn to:
Prepare the session: Set the scope and get clarification on the issue(s) to be resolved, define objectives and constraints, ensure the right people will be involved, and plan the session logistically.
Facilitate: Start and lead the meeting by using the KT process. Facilitators make sure that everyone's thinking is kept visible and focused on the analysis.
Follow up the session: Document progress and define follow-up actions.
Lead the group: Stimulate effective collaboration by creating a participatory environment and managing dysfunctional behavior.
