This new, two-day workshop explores the application of return-on-investment (ROI) techniques for tracking the value of KT Problem Solving & Decision Making programs. The techniques learned are presented in the context of measuring the value of the training and application of KT processes; and they can be used to set metrics and monitor the success of any improvement program.
