THE NEXT STEP IN IMPROVING YOUR PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING CAPABILITIES
Improve facilitation, reporting, and record keeping with new tools for documenting results, improving group dynamics, and maximizing the effectiveness of all individuals involved in resolving issues.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this four-day, hands-on, work session, you will develop advanced skills and understanding of the use of KT Problem Solving & Decision Making techniques, and improve your ability to identify and resolve complex concerns. Using your own copy of KT's eThink® desktop software, you will review the step-by-step processes for Situation Appraisal, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis, Potential Problem Analysis, and Potential Opportunity Analysis, and become familiar and comfortable with their electronic applications. In addition, you will learn, practice, and apply KT’s Performance System Analysis and Managing Involvement processes to deepen your capability to identify and resolve complex concerns. Coached application work will help you make significant progress on the actual problems, decisions, and actions that you face in the workplace.
PREREQUISITE
Participants must have completed Problem Solving & Decision Making, Analytic Trouble Shooting®, or KT ResolveSM. Advanced PSDM is for anyone looking to refresh or further hone their rational process capabilities. It is part of the Process Facilitation & Coaching certification curriculum.
