Position Summary


As a Kepner-Tregoe Associate, focused on delivering business transformation solutions, you will learn, understand, and apply the product and service offerings including becoming certified to deliver their training. The most prominent technologies you will focus on learning and delivering include: KT Resolve, KT Problem and Incident Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, and Project Management. Having developed an understanding of KT’s rational processes, and business transformation solutions, you will be able to leverage your experience and KT's resources to deliver sustainable double digit performance improvement for their clients. 

As you progress to a Consultant you will assume primary responsibility for: analyzing the client’s current state performance; designing and structuring the client’s future state business solutions; implementing those solutions through a side by side hands-on learn-do transfer of knowledge from the C-Suite to the entry level associate. Your focus will be on delivering lasting and sustainable value to clients through consulting, coaching and training services. You are also responsible for recognizing business needs during engagements and supporting the business development team in closing the business opportunities you identify.

 

Minimum Requirements – Knowledge and Skills 

§  Four-year college degree or specific relevant further education

§  Minimum five years of business-related experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, in an IT related environment (customer support center, product development, IT Project Management, internal IT service desk)

§  Demonstrated ability to present, facilitate and/or lead training workshops

§  Demonstrated application of project management skills

§  Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

§  Demonstrated computer proficiency (prefer MS Office suite)

§  Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%)

 

Additional – Knowledge and Skills

 

§  Experience delivering or selling in Professional Services (e.g., training, or consulting)

§  Advanced degree (MBA preferred) and/or expertise/certification (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)

§  Supervisory/line management experience

§  Experience as Project Manager/Team Leader in projects that implement cultural change

§  Financial literacy

§  Demonstrated platform skills/public speaking/documentation authorship

§  Spanish, Portuguese, or French-speaking capability (business written and verbal skills)

§  Ability to work independently (without supervision or extensive administrative support)

§  Familiarity with distance learning tools and collaborative meeting tools
